Miami Vice Miami Vice is a 2006 American wrongdoing film around two Miami police investigators, Crockett and Tubbs, who go covert to battle medication trafficking operations. While working a covert whore sting operation in a dance club to capture a pimp named Neptune, Miami-Dade Police criminologists James “Sonny” Crockett and Ricardo “Rico” Tubbs get an unglued telephone call from their previous source Alonzo Stevens (John Hawkes). Stevens uncovers that he’s leaving town, and, accepting his wife Leonetta to be in impending peril, asks Rico to look out for her. Crockett discovers that Stevens was acting as a source for the FBI yet has been traded off. Crockett and Tubbs rapidly contact FBI Special Agent in Charge John Fujima (Ciarán Hinds) and caution him about Stevens’ security.
